We provide a range of mediation services, including some not offered by many (if any) other mediators:-

Full-Day or Half-Day Medation
Full-Day Medations typically run from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with an hour break for lunch. Half-Day Mediations typically run from 9:00am to 1:00pm OR 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Naturally, if the parties are close to resolving their dispute and require a little additional time, no further charge will be levied.

After-Hours Mediation
After-Hours Mediations are run on an hourly basis (minimum of 2 hours) between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00am OR 6:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Friday. Mediations can also be held on an hourly basis (minimum of 2 hours) between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Saturday.

Peer Mediation Program (Schools)
We can facilitate the mediation of disputes between ‘peers’ in primary and secondary schools, in addition to delivering seminars to students, teachers and administrators on the effective use of peer mediation to resolve conflict between students.

Dispute Resolution Training
We can provide training to your organisation on how to quickly identify the potential sources for dispute, how best to avoid disputes and how best to manage conflict and disputes if they arise.

We will quote a fixed fee for Full-Day and Half-Day Mediations. An hourly rate will apply for After-Hours Mediations. The fees for all Mediation services will take into consideration the nature of the dispute and the complexity of the issues involved; but will always be as quoted and agreed. Mediation agreements will be signed by the parties and the mediator and all fees will be paid on the basis of 50% on or before 7 days prior to the mediation and the balance payable at commencement of the mediation.
Our fees for Peer Mediation Programs and Dispute Resolution Training will be negotiated with the client and tailored to suit individual circumstances and needs.
